The adults class will be preparing for white sash testing all of this month. The kids class should continue as normal.

There will be no classes on Thanksgiving day. (Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!) We are unsure if the Saturday adults class will be cancelled the Saturday after Thanksgiving, input is welcome.
The Women's self defense course starts up at the YMCA on Tuesday, we're hoping for a larger turnout this session, but at the moment the outlook is not great on that score. If we don't end up with at least 5 participants we will have to discontinue the course, so everyone grab a female friend and come out and learn to defend yourself!
